Dr. Estey obtained her M.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Wyoming. She has worked as an instructor for Quantitative Design and Analysis and Research Methods for graduate level courses at Capella University. She has also taught Cognitive Psychology at the undergraduate level for the University of Wyoming. She has specialized research experience focusing on the cognitive and emotional mechanisms associated with personality and well-being. Dr. Estey also has experience in program and course development, qualitative and quantitative research, data collection, data analysis, report development, and dissemination. She has presented research at numerous national psychological conferences and has five peer reviewed publications.

Jason Tyser, Ph.D.
Clinical Psychology Consultant
Dr. Tyser obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wyoming. Dr. Tyser is a licensed and practicing clinical psychologist with experience providing psychotherapy services and conducting a variety of assessments including personality, psychodiagnostic, psychoeducational, neuropsychological, capacity, disability, forensic, and presurgical assessments for transplants and other surgical procedures. Dr. Tyser has extensive training in human behavior, cognition, and motivation. He has specialized research experience focusing on context-dependent social-cognitive personality constructs including self-regulation and goal development. Dr. Tyser also has experience in program development, quantitative research development, data collection, and data analysis. Dr. Tyser has presented research at numerous national psychological conferences.
Robert Tyser, M.Ed.
Robert Tyser is a retired school administrator who has an extensive background in the area of problem solving in a variety of settings. Robert has a M.Ed. in administration and 30 years of experience working with children, parents, teachers, and community members. He was also a consultant for a major textbook company and an instructor for the University of Wyoming. Robert has provided extensive training on decision making, site based management, and conflict resolution.
